SARA Receivables allows for multiple companies to sync data into one instance or account. For example, the ABC Affiliate account, could contain data from 3 different companies. Each company could potentially have a different remit to address.
There are several customer reports that contain remit to information. The Remit To by Company allows you to setup the remit to information by Company without modifying or customizing the report in the Report Manager / report designer.
The following reports include the remit to information:

Open Invoice

Collection Letter

Past Due letter

Invoice form
To update/modify the remit to by company:
Login as an Admin user
Navigate to Admin Master Files Company
Click Edit on Company to update
Update the ADDRESS fields

Street Addr(s)
-
City
-
State
-
Postal Code
-
Country
-
Phone and Phone Ext
-
Fax and Fax Ext
Click update to change the remit to info for the company
How to test the update to the Report shows as expected:

Select a customer and navigate to Account Detail

Click on Communication to start a new communication / activity

Select the attachment tab
-
Using the drop down, select one of the standard reports from the drop down:

Statement
-
Open Invoice
-
Collection Letter
-
Past Due Letter
5. Click Attach Report to attach the report to the communication
6.Once attached, click the Preview to open and preview the remit to information
NOTE: In order to preview the invoice report, the account must be setup to generate the invoices within SARA:

Navigate to Inquiries by user Invoices

Using the select column, select the transaction to generate the invoice PDF

Click the Reports icon
-
Using the drop down, select the Invoice form to generate

Select Process for Preview or Process and Save
-
For Preview, click the system message to open and review the preview

For Process and Save, click on the PDF icon to open the PDF to review the remit to company information
