RESOLUTION
Auto emails or mass emails from SARA is a great (and easy) way to keep in touch with your customers whether it is for collection purposes (monthly statements), one time company announcements, or to provide detail information for a new process or products available to your customers.
These auto emails are setup and managed within Credit Class processing and includes the following recommended options for setup:

Email template for the mass email (Admin Master File Email template) - this can be a new email template for each new email blast or one can be created and edited each time (click here for options on selecting contacts for the email template)

Report template - reports can be added to the email blast and when used with email templates, will provide the report as a PDF attachment to the email. (click here for video and instructions on how to modify or customize the standard reports using the Report Manager)

Action Code (Admin Master File Action Code) - created and used to associate the email templates and/or reports to an Action Alert for auto emailing from credit class processing, i.e. create your email template and/or report then create your action code with notes for your users on the email blast

Action Alert - (Admin Master File Credit Class) - action alerts are individual steps or actions within a credit class to create an auto activity based on criteria, i.e. this action alert will be created using the Action Code for the email blast
