User Goals are used on the new SARA home page to track the progress of each user's collections for the month. The user goals are broken down into 2 areas: "Collections" and "Tasks".
The "Collections" track either a total dollar amount or a percentage of the total AR (up to 100%). Once the goal is met, the progress bar will not reset till the next month.
The "Tasks" tracks how many tasks / activities have been closed or completed by the user. These tasks are found on listed on the side navigation panel, also on the Home page, listed as Next Best Action or a complete list can be found under Inquiries by user communication.
DEFAULT USER GOAL SETUP:
The default user goals can be setup and will apply to all users unless the user has individual goals setup.
1. Navigate to "Admin Master Files User" (Admin access required)
2. At the top of the page, you can set a default user goal for all users by selecting "Set User Goals"
3. Select to either track collections by a dollar amount or a percentage. (Percentages can only go to 100%)
4. Next, set a Task Completion Goal.
5. Select "Update" when you are finished. When you navigate back to the homepage to see this collections goal. (This will not show if the user has a personal collections goal set for them.)
PERSONAL USER GOAL SETUP:
1. Navigate to "Admin Master Files User" (Admin access required)
2. Select "Edit" for the individual user you want to set the goal for.
3. At the bottom of the form, set a personal "Task Completion Goal" and "Collections Goal"
4. Make sure to save your changes.
5. Navigate back to the homepage to see the user goals. (Must be signed in as this user.)
6. You will see the personal user goals if one is set, if no personal user goals are set, the default user goals will be seen instead.
Note: If a user has no goals set, the bars will not display on that users home page
