SARA Collect is designed to manage all customer email communications through one email address. By default, one email address is setup for your account with the option to setup an additional email address for each company/entity.
The personalized display name option provides a way to show the user's or assigned users' name as the sender for the email address on any outgoing emails.
NOTE: Email should be tested after feature enabled. Testing should be done within Mail Settings along with sending a manual email and confirming email is received without errors. Not currently compatible with SendGrid email configuration (coming soon!)
This option is found in Site options (Admin > Settings & Utilities > Site Options -> Mail Settings):

When this option is set, the outgoing email will display the user name based on the following:

Manual emails -> user's name that created the task

Automated emails -> assigned user name for that customer

Any customers left unassigned or on the '~ Unassigned ~' user will default to the mail settings default send as email

User Misty Rogers sends an email to this customer - the display name shows 'Misty'
