SARA has one default email setup for the overall account along with the option to setup a separate email account by each company. These dedicated email accounts send and receive emails via relay using SMTP and IMAP connections.
All incoming emails left unread in the email inbox will update into SARA and will be associated with customer's account based on a email auto filing hierarchy.
The email configuration can be setup and maintained by navigating to "Admin > Settings & Utilities > Site Options > Mail Settings" as an admin level user (or Admin > Master File > Company).

The hosted Web Client and Worker Role will need access through to the SMTP and IMAP server ports. This uses static addresses for these hosted services, so the exposer is limited.

OUR STATIC EMAIL WORKER ROLE IP ADDRESS. Used during our background email send and retrieval processes. This includes sending bulk reports and Generating Actions from Credit Class Processing. 23.101.161.142
OUR STATIC PROCESSING WEB ROLE IP ADDRESS. This the IP address for our Web Client. This is the IP address that is used from within our Communications form when sending emails. 23.101.163.164
