Outgoing voice messages can be triggered by either a manual activity or through an automated activity or sequence and a voice template.

The outgoing voice messages are made using the phone number provisioned to the account and/or company.

The Call Manager creates the messages by reading the text within the voice template.

These outgoing messages include a schedule that can be setup to specify the time periods for sending the voice messages

Caller ID can also be setup for the phone numbers provisioned for the account and/or company.
Any text and/or snippet codes can be included in the voice templates and messages the customer will receive. Additional options that can be included in these voice messages:

@IVRRepeat|0 - message will repeat when recipient selects or dials 0

@IVRConfirm|1 - call will be confirmed when recipient selects or dials 1

@IVRContactRep|2 - call will connect the recipient to the assigned user for the account when recipient selects or dials 2
To create a voice message communication template:

Admin > Master Files > Communication Template

Click '+' to add a new

Select the 'Voice' template option

Set the template to Active

Select the contact to use for the voice message (click here to review all contact options)
