OVERVIEW
The SARA sync connection is able to pull multiple contacts from QuickBooks Desktop and assigns them to invoices associated with this contact automatically.
HOW IT WORKS
SARA uses jobs from QuickBooks to create these additional contacts.
For each job (that has a contact) a new contact will be added inside of SARA for the customer the job is under.
Once the sync is run, they will then display inside of SARA as such
Not only will they display under the customer, but they will also be tied to any invoices that are entered under the separate jobs.
This can be used with automation to send invoices to only the contact they are associated with.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If you are using the "Sync QB Jobs As Customers" option this will still add the contact to the invoices however each customer created will still only have their single contact
