Invoice Contact Support Summary:
Invoice Contacts provide email addresses at the invoice level which can allow for greater granularity of targeting automated email communications, invoice reports and magic links restricted at the invoice level (click here for details).
There are 2 invoice contact fields available within the client (InvcContactName and InvcContactName2) that can be manually added, overridden or updated by a connector.
The Generic SQL Connector provides additional Invoice Contact support, creating and adding additional Invoice Contacts when including multiple email addresses within the 2 invoice contact fields.
To enable this option and create additional contacts:

Site option - Sync Invoice Contacts -> sub option to 'Create Multiple Contacts' (Admin > Setting & Utilities > Site Options -> Options)

This option will create individual invoice contacts for each email address included in the following 2 fields separated by a semi-colon for the Generic SQL connector:

ContactName

ContactName2

Each invoice can be related to an unlimited number of invoice contacts, either type 1 or type 2.

Each contact will receive a separate email, report and/or magic link with information and access to only the invoices for their contact.

Inquires by user > invoice

Inquiries by account > invoice

Inquires by account > statement
