Contacts missing names in Intacct (customer primary contact only – see screenshot below): using customer name as last name and either ‘Primary’ or ‘Secondary’ as the first name, (i.e. SARA primary contacts name would be ‘Primary PMK-BNS, Inc’ and ‘Secondary PMK-BNS, Inc’)

You are also able to sync in Invoice Contacts from Intacct. This can be done as follows:

As an admin in SARA Lockstep, navigate to (Admin > Settings & Utilities > Site Options > (Options))

Scroll to the "Keep in sync with ERP" section and select the "Sync Invoice Contacts" option

With this selected, we will pull in any invoice contacts that have an email associated with them:

They will display in SARA Lockstep as such:
