Search and select a Customer from the top of the browser

Click on the arrow down next to the name

Click the contacts tab (next to the transactions tab) to review / edit or add new

Required fields to be populated: Name, email address, ‘include in email’ option -> save

Select ‘Welcome email’ from template drop down (do not update the ‘TO’)

The updated email address will be used to send the email using the snippet @CustAllEmail
-
Mark activity as complete (closing follow-up)
