NOTE - This can only be accessed and performed by a support user. This means you MUST mirror the customer to do this or else the option will not appear.

Mirror an Admin level user for the account.

Navigate to "Admin > Settings & Utilities > Mass Update"

Select the "Contacts" entity from the drop-down.

Select "Download Template". This will download the "ContactImportTemplate.xlsx" file. This file will need to be populated with the contact data you would like to import.
NOTE - You MUST use the template (or recreate it) as it contains two additional columns not in the pop-up grid if you were to attempt to directly add data.
NOTE - Contacts in this list will overwrite an existing contact if the contact name matches an existing contact for that same company & customer.

Select "Import."

Select "Upload Import File" and upload the "ContactImportTemplate.xlsx" file.

The "ImportComments" field will populate with a message notating if it was successful or if it had an issue processing the data.
NOTE - If a field is left blank during the contact import, it will blank out any existing data in the system. If you are updating existing contacts, MAKE SURE every field is populated properly.
