Go to Admin > Master Files > Activity Templates

Click the + next to Add New Record

Enter a name for the template, such as “New Welcome Letter.”

Choose a Priority between 1 and 100 based on the importance of the action

Create an Issue Description

Create the Communication Note, which the collector will see when reviewing this activity

Use the drop downs under Report Name and Communication Template to choose the reports or templates that you would like to send out with activity**

Save to finalize your setup.
**Note: A report name and/or communication template is only a required field when sending an auto-email. Without one of the two options, the system will generate an activity, such as a follow up.
